What does the annual cap mean?
The cap is the most you pay the brokerage in commission splits in a year. Once you reach it, you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of your anniversary year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. A plan choice is binding for twelve months from the day you select it, and you can move up at any point within that window.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The monthly fee and the split are the whole cost. Transaction fees, where they apply, are shown on your commission statement before a payout is approved.
What do I need to join?
An active real estate licence and a photo ID. The application takes a few minutes and a broker reviews it before your account is created.
